What to Watch When You’re Bored is a blog about what to watch when you are bored.

I don’t blame you if you’re bored. As a society, we are living in a constant state of boredom. Whether it’s because of quarantine, or because we can’t afford anything fun, or because our lives have been democratized into an endless stream of mediocre entertainment that leaves us feeling neither fulfilled nor challenged. Boredom feels inevitable these days. And so does watching Netflix, whose endless scroll and autoplay features are designed to keep you on the couch for as long as possible.

So maybe this blog will help out a little bit, with suggestions for what to watch when you’re bored. I’ll add new posts every time I get bored myself (which is basically constantly), and each one will be filled with recommendations for shows that I’ve found especially compelling or enjoyable in the moment. There are no rules here; all genres are welcome, and some episodes might not even be available on Netflix anymore (sorry!). The only requirement is that they help keep me from getting too bored while I’m watching them.

What to Watch When You’re Bored is a blog that provides movie reviews and recommendations for all types of films, including art house films, Hollywood films and documentaries. We are passionate about good films, especially those that have been overlooked by audiences and critics.

We hope you will find this site helpful when deciding what to watch next. As well as our reviews, we also provide links to official IMDB pages and trailers where possible.

After taking a look at movies and TV shows last week, I thought that it might be fun to take a look at something to do when we are bored. We all know that social media is just not the same as it used to be. FB and Twitter have become too busy and clogged up with ads, so I thought that a blog about what to watch when you are bored would be the perfect thing for you.

As an added bonus, I am also going to tell you about some of my favorite things to watch when I am bored. This list is going to include everything from old episodes of The Golden Girls and Friends, to classic movies from the 80s, 90s, and even today.

So first off, let’s get started with some of my favorite movies from the 80s and 90s. These are all great movies that have stood the test of time and are still good today.

1) The Breakfast Club: This classic John Hughes film is still one of my all-time favorites. It starred Molly Ringwald as Claire Standish, Emilio Estevez as Brian Johnson, Anthony Michael Hall as Andy Clark, Judd Nelson as John Bender, and Ally Sheedy as Allison Reynolds. It also starred Paul Gleason as Principal

Have you been having trouble trying to figure out what to watch when you’re bored? Well, you have come to the right place. On this blog, we will be talking about all sorts of different television shows and movies that you can watch when you are bored. We will also be talking about some of the new shows that are coming out each week, so that if you are looking for something new to watch, we can help you find it.

All of us have been there before. It is Friday night, and there is nothing on TV. Or maybe it is just a regular night at home during the week. Either way, sometimes it can be really hard to find something good to watch when you are bored. We all have our favorite shows that we like to watch over and over again. But sometimes even those shows don’t seem interesting enough to keep your attention for very long.

When you have nothing else to do and can’t do anything, the best thing to do is watch something. But what should you watch? There are so many choices on Netflix, Hulu, HBO Now, etc. that it might actually be less overwhelming to sit on your couch and do nothing. So here’s a list of some great shows (and I mean really great) that will keep you occupied for hours.

1. Parks and Recreation

Misery loves company, and this show will definitely make you feel better about yourself. Watching Leslie Knope struggle to get through each day is strangely comforting; she’s so ambitious and motivated that it’s easy to feel lazy in comparison. If you need a little motivation in your life, definitely watch this show. It’s also very funny and has an amazing cast. Amy Poehler is truly a treasure of our time.

2. Friends

This one is pretty self-explanatory; everyone loves Friends for its relatable characters, moments of hilarity, and frequent quirkiness. The first three seasons of this show are arguably the best comedy seasons ever produced by a network (not including streaming services). And there’s ten seasons! You can spend months watching
