Manchester United grabbed a 2-0 win over Watford
Paul Pogba earned a penalty which Zlatan Ibrahimović gladly put away in the 55th minute for the game’s first goal. It was Pogba’s first assist of the season.
Marcus Rashford doubled United’s lead in the 66th minute, giving them some breathing room heading into the final 20 minutes of action.
Watford had a chance at a draw in stoppage time after referee Craig Pawson awarded them a penalty kick. But goalkeeper David de Gea came up huge for United, stopping Etienne Capoue’s shot and securing three points for his side in the process.
