I started boxing late in life – at the age of 30. I was never really interested in it until I saw a couple of friends do it. After seeing their enjoyment and the result of their training, I decided that I wanted to learn how to box and get fit.
I wasn’t sure where to start or how to go about doing it, but after some research, I found my way into the ring.
